The new Gallery 7/40

Let's discover together this ocean-view place to be where art meets fine cuisine

A destination of undeniable charm and exclusivity enhances one of Dubai’s must-see shoreline destinations, on the beautiful stretch of coast along Palm West Beach.

Located on the ground floor of The Club is the new Gallery 7/40: a venue with a unique appeal, combining beach front elegant restaurant with rich interiors, pool deck and beach luxurious and comfortable facilities.

A treasure trove of unique experiences where art, food and bien vivre create unexpected and incredible mash-ups. “This is a space dedicated to art in every detail”, says the head of Soho Family Hospitality, managing Gallery 7/40. “Every aspect, from the team uniform to the staircase handrail, the reception desk, the DJ’s decks, the table settings and the presentation of each dish, are incredible works of art.”

This pearl of beauty and flavour is presented through eclectic design and exquisite service by charismatic and friendly Mykonian staff. Interiors inspired by the Catalan modernist architect Antoni Gaudí await you: a multifaceted interplay of curved ceilings and floors, scattered with colourful mosaics and enveloping, enchanting textures and colours.

Here one finds a constantly evolving showcase of art that includes photography, sculpture and painting. The focus of the menu is a symphony of authentic Greek  and Spanigh cuisine, blending ingredients from land and sea with an alchemic interplay of flavours and inspirations. Spanish tapas and original coastal Greek gastronomy are served in a refined yet entertaining manner, beautifully complementing the vibrant atmosphere of the restaurant and the surrounding landscape. Other highlights of the dining experience at Gallery 7/40 are the magnificent tableware inspired by the Japanese concept of kintsugi, the ancient art of repairing broken ceramics by ‘mending’ fractures with lacquer dusted or mixed with gold, silver or platinum powder.

Also not to be missed is the art-themed beverage menu, which pays homage to some of the world’s best artists, with beverages such as Refresca de Frida, Camille and The Kiss, dedicated to the masters Frida Kahlo, Camille Pissarro and Gustav Klimt.

Outside, the magic is amplified, with tables set in the sand and large floating chandeliers framing a scenic swimming pool and then, as the icing on the cake, a private beach offering a picturesque view of the ocean that is truly unforgettable.

A place to live and love, it is Dubai’s new place to be.
