Suites with the best views in Dubai's most exclusive hotels
Dream panoramas for a stay to remember: find out where to go
Whether it’s the blue colours of the Arabian Gulf, becoming gradually more intense towards the horizon, a close-up view of a glittering skyscraper or the vertiginous city skyline, the windows of Dubai’s most exclusive hotels are like great theatre curtains opening for you alone, offering truly unforgettable views. Here are our favourite suites with views that will have you falling in love at first sight.
ROYAL SUITE - FOUR SEASONS RESORT, DUBAI AT JUMEIRAH BEACH
The largest suite of Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach (600 square metres) is accessed via a private lift that takes you to the top floor of the hotel. The views from here span the endless ocean, studded with the little islands of The World artificial archipelago. The bright and airy rooms, marble floors, towering columns and natural light contrast with the intimate elegance of wood panelling and cosy furnishings. The stunning living area, reminiscent of a ballroom with its marble floor, Venetian chandeliers and baby grand piano, forms the heart of the suite and opens onto a full-width furnished terrace. Wellness is guaranteed in the master bathroom with steam room, walk-in shower, double dressing rooms and two private balconies, the fitness area (with two treadmills and cross trainer) and two beds for in-room massage treatments.
ARMANI FOUNTAIN SUITE - ARMANI HOTEL DUBAI
We’re on the seventh floor of the temple to hospitality designed by Giorgio Armani in person, within the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa. Like the rest of the hotel, the Fountain Suite perfectly reflects the style and appeal of the celebrated fashion designer. The panorama from here is truly special: an uninterrupted view of the Dubai Fountain with its spectacular water and light show. The best time to enjoy it is in the evening, while relaxing on a soft king size bed.
PENTHOUSE - FOUR SEASONS HOTEL, DUBAI INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CENTRE
Wake up in the morning to a 180-degree view of dynamic DIFC and the iconic Burj Khalifa tower and, in the other direction, the green of Zabeel Park. It’s easy when you choose the Penthouse on the sixth floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre, with its dedicated office space - essential for business travellers - plus spacious living and dining areas for entertainment and relaxation and, the cherry on the cake, a barber’s chair for special pampering.
FAMILY LAGOON BEACH SUITE - PARK HYATT DUBAI
A luxury hideaway on the water facing Dubai Creek, the delightful inlet that enters the city and separates the two historical districts, and close to the famous Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club, Park Hyatt Dubai is an oasis of elegance and tranquillity in the midst of the vibrant city. Gorgeous views of the lagoon are to the fore in these suites with direct access to the hotel’s Al Porto beach (along with the Lagoon Beach by Twiggy); the 80-metre beach features an infinity pool framed by soft white sand. Among them is the Family Lagoon Beach Suite, with a private patio, Mediterranean-inspired furnishings, bath and walk-in shower, and large living area.
PRESIDENTIAL SUITE - THE ST. REGIS DUBAI, THE PALM
At the The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm’s largest suite, the sea-facing Presidential Suite sits on the 17th floor of the iconic tower, immediately greeting guests with breathtaking 180-degree views of the Dubai Skyline, overlooking Palm Jumeirah and the Gulf. Offering a haven for discerning travellers, this lavish one-bedroom suite exudes comfortable elegance, complete with a large living area, a 10-seat dining room, a private butler’s pantry, an expansive walk-in closet, as well as a lounge, study, and powder room. Contemporary elegance is accentuated by bespoke elements and details with nothing left to chance. Perfect The St. Regis style.

That’s what’s on offer in the stunning Royal Penthouse Suite at the Jumeirah Al Nassem, on the top floor and accessed by private lift. Five spacious rooms with bathrooms, three large living and dining areas and a terrace, covering a total of nearly 700 square metres. An experience to dream of.
CLUB ONE BEDROOM SUITE - BURJ AL ARAB JUMEIRAH
On one side, the ocean; on the other, the hustle and bustle of the city. This is the spectacle in store at the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, record-breaking hotel and dizzying lookout point, the tallest hotel in the world and offering only suites. Among the 199 suites available, the Club One Bedroom Suite stands out: 330 square metres on two levels connected by a grand curving staircase, with full-length windows along most of the outer walls. Inside, there’s a billiards room and a master bathroom with full-size jacuzzi and five-head rainfall shower. A gorgeous lounge overlooks the wonders of Dubai.
TWO BEDROOM BEACHFRONT VILLA - ONE&ONLY THE PALM
Now we come to the beachfront villa of One&Only The Palm, where you can sunbathe on oversize beds on your own terrace surrounded by lush private gardens, or cool off in the temperature-controlled pool while admiring the glittering Gulf. Guests can take a seat for outdoor lunches in generous shaded areas, including one in Majlis style, embraced by a large gazebo. MHBB: my home but better.
THE BULGARI SUITE - BULGARI RESORT DUBAI
Designed to create the feeling of a private residence, if not your own home, the Bulgari Suite in this exclusive hotel on Jumeirah Bay Island, with a jacuzzi tub, spacious living area and marble bathroom, is surrounded by a fabulous terrace where you can stroll, have lunch or enjoy the sun until it sets over the ocean, an unforgettable sight that, when seen from inside, is framed by great windows, like an Eastern artwork.
